great location fresh linens usable gym

the location was great. it was close to many restaurants and bars (exactly what i needed). fresh linens were provided daily, which i appreciated. i also made use of the usable gym and the nice pool.

i had a room on a lower floor, and the street noise was quite noticeable all night. i will request a higher floor next time.

The breakfast was acceptable. It had a decent variety of options.

The pool condition was disappointing. I saw broken tiles. the pool also felt slimy. there were guests smoking weed by the pool daily, and the staff didn't seem to address it.

The location was central, near many shops and restaurants. the breakfast had a great selection of local and continental dishes. the staff were attentive and made sure i had everything i needed. They were very kind. i found it convenient to walk to nearby shopping areas.

the room had a slight musty smell, i think the ac filter may need a clean.

I found the room modern. The air conditioning worked brilliantly (it was a welcome relief). The staff were helpful. The rooftop pool had great relaxation facilities. The breakfast was good, with enough variety. I found the bed very very comfy and tidy. The shower room was large, great.

The room I stayed in was smaller than what I expected. The toiletries were of poor quality, disappointing.

the location is great between the bts nana and mrt asoka providing easy access. i found the bed very comfy including charging points around the room. breakfast offered good choices and the staff were very helpful and attentive to any questions i asked.

i think the hotel should address this to maintain a high standard.
